The Statistics command now has a new calculation: Lexical variety. This is the number of different words divided by the total number of words (different or not). A more 'difficult' text will have a larger number.

Some bad code that might have caused problems with some versions of OOo is now removed.

In this version there are separate commands for making a word list either alphabetically or sorted by word frequency.

The version also fixes a bug related to UTF-8 encoding that prevented the former version from running on some OOo builds.

NOTE: this and all former versions of Linguist might not work with OpenOffice 3.3. I haven't had time to look into the problem yet.

This version adds word count in result document.

This new version uses the default document language as the spellcheck language. No other changes.

To change the language in which spellcheck is done, go to Tools > Options > Language settings > Language, and change the default language for documents.

This release adds some statistical information about the current document, including lix (readability) calculation. Furthermore, it should now work with all locales.

Note for Debian and Ubuntu users: GUI installation doesn't work. Install with:

<officedir>/program/unopkg add <path to Linguist package>
