Cocar is a monitoring system used to monitor schools in Brazil (> 10.000), looking the SMNP data of ADSL modems and mapping where have (or not) the contracted bandwidth.

Cocar's Validator is a tool for validate data before the load into Cocar. It checks the IP, port and SMNP community, between other parameters.
