nice idea, two suggestions
nice idea, two suggestions though:
- put the menu item in Tools > Addons
- make the colors customizable, e.g. by providing 3 fields for the user to choose the color instead of the 8 hardcoded options
Thank's but...
No add in Tools>Addons becouse if all my extensión add in this menu, the menu will be unoperable.
I think use a selector to the colors but if the user select two similar colors (Example: RGB(0,0,255) and RGB(0,0254)) the control of error are very complicated. Maybe do.

Custom Color Scales
i think custom color scales would be a great improvement for your extension.
think about it.
While it might be true that
While it might be true that Tools>Addons could be flooded if you install a huge number of extensions I doubt that any user will have more than 20 extensions placing their items there. And even with a large number of items in that menu it's a lot easier to find extensions there than being required to scan every menu for the place of one extensions menu item (don't expect me to remember that extension A placed itself in Edit, B in Insert, C in Data, ...). Extension menu items being spread all over the place is totally confusing, they should be in one common place.
