Is there a way to have all three formats always checked by default? I always save in all three formats anyway and this tool is one of the best time savers I have found of any OO extension. If anyone knows the answer please comment.

Every time I start up open office it tells me there is an update to this extension. It says it is a version number .1 e.g. 1.2.1 higher than the version listed on the main extension site. I download it and get the message it is successfully installed. If I check extensions however it is listed as 1.2.0 not 1.2.1 which is what is listed as the update. Then next time I start up OO I get the same listed update is available.

I found this a genial Extension that had to be integrated in OO.
I like to have the feature to set a time interval after that the selected Formats will automatically saved to a certain folder with a timestamp in the filename.
It is perfect to save ODF, DOC and PDF at the same time for many writers...

Is there another Extension that can do this and is compatible with v.3.2.0 ?

After update Openoffice from 3.1.1 to 3.2 i get the following error message running the
Extensions Manager update of Multisave.
Data could not be read from the internet.
server message: 403 Forbidden.
When i backlevel Openoffice to 3.1.1. the error message doesn't appears.
Is there a newer version of Multisave 1.2.0 available or can it be compatible with OO 3.2.
Why occurs this message ONLY with OO 3.2?

many thanks and rgs Bob

It don't sound like I will be moving to OpenOffice 3.2 unless...the issue in the version or the extension is fixed.

For now I think I will keep the version I have.

I hope they work to fix this and post the solution they have here.

I would hate losing multisave.

Cuz it has a PDF saving capability.

You can release a un alterable doc that people can read in Adobe with it which I like.

:).

I hope they expand on the capabilities with OpenOffice4 to make it so you can work more on the PDF functions that people seem to do instead of just a readable doc.

And while there at it. Might as well create there own Reader which will work better with there functions.

Put Adobe the money hoggers out of business.

I often need to export OOO Draw documents to PDF (and other bitmap formats). Any support for OOO Draw?

Also I closed the annoying MultiSave popup from within OOO Writer and now I cannot find it again.

The Tools -> Extension Manager -> MultiSave has "Options..." greyed out.

Confusing....

The extension work but I have 3 error windows that popup when I click on icon, that say "Impossible de trouver le fichier image" (Impossible to find the picture file). When the windows appears, up of each button, there is place for picture that wasn't there. Can you please tell me how to resolve this or correct it in the extension ?

Great! But I agree as above... Please add option to set default check boxes. It is presumptuous
that odt extension is desired default.

This is a really useful extension
Two things would make it great -
Firstly, if it greyed out after saving, like the OO save button does - then it is clear whether I've saved my document, or haven't as the case may be. This might be a bit complicated because it would need to ungrey when the document is changed again. I can but hope.
Secondly, it would be great to be able to set a default set of save formats - for example, I always need to save my documents in OO and Word formats, but when I open Multisave it always presents me with OO and PDF - it's irritating to have to change it every time.
Anyway, thanks so far and keep up the good work!

Super! It exactly what I wanted and will be very usefull. Cooperation with Microsoft Office users needs it, especially in polish language and others. Great. Thanks a lot.

Does exactly what it claims to do with a minimum of fuss.
