The dictionary word list has been significantly increased by merging in a large number of new words from the British word lists in SCOW- Spell Checking Oriented Word Lists, Revision 6 December 5, 2008 by Kevin Atkinson
"The SCOWL is a collection of word lists split up in various sizes, and other categories, intended to be suitable for use in spell checkers. However, I am sure it will have numerous other uses as well."
The latest version of SCOW can be found at http://wordlist.sourceforge.net/
I have also modified the dictionaries.xcu file to give unique files names to the en_GB hyphenation
dictionary and the US thesaurus in this extension to prevent unwanted interaction with other English dictionaries. Thanks to Robert Black for his assistance with this.

Suggestions and corrections are welcome.
