Deletes the Diacritics menu from the main menu and inserts it to the Tools - Add-Ons - menu. This way it does not stand in your way in the main menu.
Deletes the "Replace All" button from the toolbar, the function is now in the menu Tools - Add-Ons "Replace All Romanian Diacritics to ASCII".
Adds a MessageBox at the end of the replacement, so that the user has now a confirmation that the replacement process is finished...
