Fixed a bug in the dictionary file path construction that prevented use on Windows XP

2 slight improvements:
- no line feed in the note and a dot instead of a comma at the end of kanji meaning.
- first call to a note made possible

The whole program has been revamped to improve reliability. In particular:
- The embedded document (used to get format capabilities) has been remplaced by a simple TextEdit which allow a better robustness of the program.
- Contextual menu has been introduced anew with the restriction that it cannot be used for the first command
- The font chooser has been debugged and simplified.
- Foot notes have been compacted at a maximum
- The search dictionary has been improved (bug fixes and improvements in the search algorithm).
- When inserting a foot note the dictionary dialog is called in parallel and preloaded with the
selected word in order to allow further searches
- The rich kanji search returns a more detailed information -in particular the code meanings are explicited.
- The max number per category has been suppressed
- The kanji dictionary has been debugged and the result of the search is more detailed
- the line editor for the selected radical in the kanji dictionary has been put "ReadOnly" to prevent direct
access by the user

Removed momentarily the contextual menu capabilities as the interception of the menu created a mess by creating a new instance of the dictionary each time a request was addressed to it.
Hope to restablish it soon but need to sleep on it a bit.

Added direct access to the User Manual from the menus and the tool bar.

Added access to the commands adding a submenu entry to the contextual menu. A right click on a selection allows the users to select its command from the contextual pop memu.
Remark: the contextual menu access is not effective at first. At least one command from the tool bar or the main menu has to be done to make this function effective

Kanji dictionary can now be called from the main menu even as a first call.

Nothing new. Just trying to correct an upload problem to the repository.

1 - Discarded the "same reading" matches when inserting a "concise" note from the tool bar., except when there is no writing match. This aims at keeping the note as short as possible

Note: people who want more have to open the dictionary dialog, trigger a rich search then include what they want by selectiing it and using the "insert as a note" button.

3- Discarded the same reading matches from the "concise" search from the dialog, except when there is no writing match.

4 - Corrected a bug in the kanji dictionary. After a clean, the display was erroneous.

Note: remains a problem when calling the kanji dictionary from the menu first. It doesn't work before you have called it at least once from the expression dictionary dialog

5 - Changed the name of the buttons in the font chooser dialog to prevent mistakes and misunderstanding. The choices made from the drop down lists have to be applied to be effective and can be cancelled as long as the dialog remains open.

Added message to the Help to point to the address of the User Manual.

On a call to the dictionary from Writer, a "With kanji" search is triggered instead of a "Rich" one.
