Changes since version 1.1

• New layout for the dialog box. See spec. (Thanks to Matthias Mueller-Prove)
• Now works in any localization of OOo
• Mirror page layout disabled when page number in centered position
• Dialog now try to guess the current page number layout
• First page number now reflects first "visible" page number
• Page numbers into the body of the text are no longer erased
• Prev page numbers and next page numbers are no longer erased
• Text fields located at the beginning of an header of footer are no longer erased
• Translated to Brazilian Portuguese (Raphael Duarte), Italian (Emanuele Forner), Japanese (Takashi Nakamoto), Russian (Dmitry Nikitin (LuckAs)), Spanish (Francisco Javier Andrade Guillade). and Ukrainian (Dmitry Nikitin (LuckAs)).

Known bugs, features, limitations...

• Dialog box always displayed in English in OOo 2.3 (see issue 82278)
• When called, page style reseted to "Default"
• When called, erase all page numbers that are actually into headers / footers
• When called, erase empty headers / footers
