It has no changes from 3.2.1. It is published just to let know automatic updaters through the license text that a new version of odt2pml, 4.0.x, exists.

Major update, for OOo 2.4 and 3.0. New contextual help and icons. "Extract image" macro, configuration, extended footnote formatting, support for Polish characters and translations for ASCII formatter added.
With OOo 3.0 there might be a problem when the User interface language is a different one from de, en, es, fr, it: Default language should be English, but a different one might show up. Cfr. http://www.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=88470 (Default lang not used when needed in localized dialogs).
