3-Period Balance Sheet Template for Open Office Calc
The Balance Sheet Template for Open Office is an Open Office template (Calc) for practitioners who wish to perform their own valuation and analysis but don't wish to invest the significant time necessary to create the financial statements.
It is designed to accommodate three periods of data, which can be entered from a firm's 10-K or 10-Q report (10-K and 10-Q reports are publicly available reports detailing a company's financial position). The spreadsheet comes pre-configured to accept the most popular asset and liability categories, and is easily expandable by anyone with a basic knowledge of Open Office Calc.
A common-size balance sheet is automatically calculated based on the input from the 10-K and 10-Q reports. (Common-size balance sheets are used to show the percentage of total assets and liabilities represented by each item in the balance sheet.)
Date and number fields may be re-formatted by the user (using Open Office Calc's built-in formatting capabilities) to accommodate non-US conventions.
The Balance Sheet Template for Open Office is an excellent tool to use as a basis for business valuation.

Convert Text To Number (and date)
ConvertTextToNumber replaces numbers and dates, formatted as text, with real numbers.
Choices can be made about marking of cells, including cells with non- default decimal separators, conversion of dates, and more.
As a result of the conversion, the text cells will become real numbers, and then will be counted in formulas Calc.
COOoder
This extension provides syntax highlighting features for OpenOffice.org. COOoder will be usefull for developers wanting to present code fragments in writer documents. The colors used are the same than the ones from GeSHi. Character styles will be created for each language element.
Coptic (Bohairic) Dictionary
Provides a preliminary dictionary for Coptic (Bohairic) Spell Checking. It is far from being complete. Currently, it contains all the words used in the Coptic Liturgies and the New Testament. In addition to the installation of the extension, you need to prepare your operating system for using Coptic Unicode. This involves installing Unicode Coptic keymap and Unicode fonts with Coptic glyphs.
Copy Clock
It copies clock to clipboard. The shortcut to it is in the Tools-->Add-ons menu in OpenOffice.org Writer, Calc, Draw and Impress. You can choose between 2 clocks. The first clock has sun if it is a.m, and moon if it is p.m. The second clock has solar batteries when a.m, and the nuclear power plant when p.m. You yourself can paste it somewhere (as bitmap, as Draw 8, as Drawing, as GDI metafile).

This extension convert recursivly Microsoft Publisher document in OOo format (impress)
...but this not the perfect converter : I don't parse the pub file : I just use Publisher COM component.
So Publisher has to be installed !
Anyway, I think it can be usefull for a lot of people "captive" of Publisher.

Quoots is a free lightweight office extension that makes it a lot easier and faster to: 1) find & open the document you want & 2) fill in client details (eg. name, company, phone, fax number, etc on the top of a Fax Template).
It consists of:
- Quickload: a window which lists a central set of documents, and can open a document in as little as 3 keystrokes (F5, f, enter - loads the fax template) - this can be quite a timesaver when a lot of files are being opened every day, as well as being easier.

Readability Report
The readability report analyses your document and produces scores from some commonly used readability measures as well as a new word weirdness measure. This measures examines the familiarity of the word in every day language instead of using word length like the other readability measures.
Remove Print Ranges
When you open Microsoft Excel files (xls) in Calc, it may contain several print ranges. If you want to remove all print ranges, you will have to remove the print range in each sheet individually. This extension remove the print ranges from all sheets.

This is a very simple address book for openoffice.org calc. It allows you to type in your contacts and manage them. It allows you to input Name, Address, Home Phone, Cell, Fax, Work, and Contact Notes, such as birthdays and other general information. It's my first extension, so it might not be perfect.

Solver for Nonlinear Programming [BETA]
By default Calc ships with a solver engine for linear programming only. This allows the optimization of models to a certain degree.
However, if the formulas or constraints become more complex, nonlinear programming is required. That missing gap is now filled by the Solver for Nonlinear Programming extension.
Currently it incorporates two Evolutionary Algorithms which are able to handle floating point and integer variables as well as nonlinear constraints. For more information about their usage and restrictions, please refer to the documentation.

Tags for templates
Analyze how frequently you use the same words and use these words as tags for templates. This works for Calc, Writer, Draw, Impress. It will display you a dialog where you can see in the descending order how often what word was used in your document.

Template Changer
This extension will add two new items to the File - Templates menu that allows to assign a new template to documents. All styles and formatting will be loaded from that template and the documents will behave as it was created using that template.

Did you ever wonder where all the bookmarks are in your Writer document? Did you open the Navigator and start clicking on each bookmark, in order to find it? Did you edit your document, and notice that some bookmarks suddenly went missing?
This extension will insert a note (yes, the new, pretty notes of OOo 3!) for each bookmark, showing its position and name, and the text at which it is anchored, when relevant.
