Tagalog Spellchecker Dictionary

This is a Tagalog (Filipino, Pilipino) dictionary package for OOo spellchecker.
What I did is only making this GPL'ed dictionary packaged to be recognized by OOo3.0+, and I did NOT write this dictionary. I welcome any implovements.
