An Australian English Personal and Surname spelling checker dictionary. It has about 10,000 names derived largely from US census data, with additions from various public domain lists of names.

Only add this this add-on Australian English dictionary if you deal a lot with names, otherwise you will be annoyed by the number of names that appear in the suggested spelling lists when you do your spelling checks.

You cannot select add-on dictionaries on a per document basis, however you can disable/enable the dictionary via the Tools->Extension Manager (I think you need to restart OpenOffice for the change to take effect.)
