How to submit a new Extension

The Extensions repository is very open that means we trust everybody until somebody report abuse for an extension. The only thing you need to submit your own extensions is a valid user account for our repository. You can easy register if you don't have an user account already.

Submit a new Extension

Login to the repository and click on the "Submit Extension" link on the left side bar. The link navigates you to a submission form where you have to provide some basic information about the new extension. Read the instruction briefly and follow all steps of the submission process. A detailed description of the submission process and the required information can be found in the OpenOffice.org wiki under Extensions - website - submission.

Note: Please understand that we reserve one's right to disable your account immediately or at least disable your extension if you misue our trustfulness or if you submit damaged or dangerous extensions! Furthermore we will remove content which is not obviously related to OpenOffice.org from the site.
