This is pretty simple template, it basically just spells out where to put what in your brochure. I would suggest printing out the template and folding it like a brochure to help guide where things should go. I've found a lot of brochure templates for Write, but I like the flexibility of Draw better. The individual boxes are locked, so no worries about moving them by accident.

OpenOffice drawings are tagged by shapes containing text as references, titles, descriptions and links. An OpenOffice Write document is generated from the drawing. Text tables list the sorted drawing data. This approach allows to keep valid references and describing data from text to drawings. The describing data is stored in the drawing, where it belongs to.
